What are you doing just piling stuff together as you go until it works?
Like everyone said in the other thread you started and got locked, read the turbo FAQ and figure out what you're doing before you blow the car up.

this is never going to end until you get an answer from one of use.. so here goes....

buy a tial 38mm external wastegate...
you still need:
piping for the intercooler
oil lines
some sort of fuel management either an FMU unit or rsx injectors
missing link check valve if you're not running e-manage
exhaust
intake
blow off valve or bypass
vacuum lines

btw:

where did you get the manifold and downpipe from????

please don't tell me ebay...

I have the oil lines, intake, exhaust, and the piping my friend at a local muffler shop is doing for my me custom intercooler/exhaust piping =)

The manifold is an obx manifold ... a t3 a/r .42 turbo ... my friends turbo 3'' downpipe.. The intercooler was also from a friend

the obx manifold is a POS... it will crack on you guaranteed...

you can set the boost by getting yourself a boost guage and setting th external wastegate at 5 psi either by torquing or lossening the spring... if you don't want to do it that way, buy yourself a boost controller and use that to tune your boost to 5psi...

read the turbo FAQ... all this info and more can be found on there... also please search for the info you are looking for... if you ask one more question that could have either been searched or was included in the turbo FAQ, i will take administrative action on your account... consider this your last warning...

thank you...
