Dyno Chart at 6 psi
195 whp at 6 psi wasn't bad
I'll be turning it up to make over 250whp (hopefully around 300 whp) I want to try maxing out my turbo, we'll see what numbers I get tomorrow.

Well, there was alot of work that went into this setup, this isn't a kit you can just go out and buy, it took alot of time to gather everything and alot of custom work for all of my pipes, intake manifold, copper sprayed headgasket and intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, etc. By no means is it only because of the aem but I will say that it definitely played a factor.
Yeah but pretty much a turbo kit is a turbo kit right? Probley not exactly but around the same thing as a Dezod kit? I know the IM conversion I've heard give 10 hp w/o turbo and around 18hp w/ turbo. Everybody else makes that on 9 psi and your 3 psi less then that? Thats a big difference

Yeah, this was on the AEM. I think we could have gotten the timing closer to MBT, but the dyno broke and I've been waiting for them to get it fixed ever since.

Ok, I have a t3/t4e 50 trim with an SFP manifold. My intercooler pipes are 2.25 from the turbo to the intercooler and 2.5 from the intercooler to the intake manifold. The intercooler is roughly 2 ft X 8 in X 3 in. Downpipe is full 2.5" stainless. Tial 35mm wastegate with open dump tube. Intake manifold is d16y8. RC 440cc's. Walbro 255lph in tank fuel pump. AEM EMS. All of my piping was done custom by one fab (big on Honda-Tech). Tune was done by Protech Motorsports in Austin, Texas. Clutch is an Action 6 puck 2MD. Running on 15" BFG Drag Radials. I am running returnless, FYI.

I doubt PCV to the atmosphere with a mere breather filter gains 15whp. It is more like 1-2whp.
The addition of the PCV into your intake system dilutes the octane value of you gas, therefore making it more prone to dentonation. On an N/A set-up, it is fine to route it back into the intake because the ECU has a certain amount of control measures through use of knock sensors and such to control the dentonation for the pre-programmed air inlet and fuel control.
With the additon of boost, (increased air flow & fuel delivery), the ECU has to be coaxed and retaught what to do with fuel and ignition (tuning).

Andy is one of the first turbo's on this site and his car has always amazed me even though i've never seen it in person. Great numbers man, rep that D17. By the way, are you EX? Hows that VTEC feel with turbo?
