Sneak a pick of the new set up
This is one of the many unique custom mods on this 2k1
3rd cooling fan
Pusher fan.
Keeps the system cooler at high temps.
3rd fan is power from the fuse box and a relay is set up to triger the fan on at the same time as the secondary fan.
It can be hooked up to a thermostat.
All parts can be purchase at most auto parts stores.
Some cutting needed on the front bumper bar as illustarted on these pictures

the cryo would take care of the air temps of the hot pipe and the extra radiator fan would help the engine cool from all the load that is put on it during boost.. cooler temps running in a mechanical condition = more hp... i'm sure you know that already C2i0v0i1C... i'm just putting it out there for everyone else that doesn't know...

btw... i would take some sand paper and black spray paint to the bumper support... it looks like it's kinda rusting..
NICE! that looks really nice and i bet it works good, i wired that same fan into my fathers chevelle to switch on in heavy traffic.
hey wanna do me a huge favor? can you post more pics of the headlights (im looking to buy new ones) and are you satisfied with those? had any others you like better or worse?

I don't get it... how's that fan going to push more air than the head on wind blowing through the grill from the car moving forward?
Seems to me like you're blocking airflow by having it sitting there in front of the radiator.

Looks like he's improving the cooling while at a stop rather then moving. while moving, there is enough air flowing to cool efficiently.

I just don't really get it. I don't see the need for another fan. If the car is overheating at speed, either put an oil cooler in (because it will drop the temp in the motor which will in turn drop the water temp), or put a bigger radiator in. Maybe I'm overlooking something.
Mex, whats up here?
if our car normally gets to lets say 180, then his car boosted while racing will get higher up than 180, and so while hes at a stop even though hes not racing the temp will still be high, and it wont cool off qucik because there wont be alot of airflow so he put another fan.
personally i think its overkill and he shouldve just bought a bigger radiator or replaced stock fans for something bigger.

haha
Nice replies
Let's see:
225 hp last dyno.
The bumper is urethaine.
The Intercooler is frather forward to accomodate the 3rd fan and for added cooling.
The fan was installed to work with the cooling systems after a heavy load.
And when stoped on a light or something the A/C will be colder.
The car is nor full racing.
Pictures of the engine (work in progress) to follow.

the color is Orange pearl with little gold flakes.
I like the headlights because of the black housing plus they where sponsor.
I did made lot's of changes, the interior is now suede.
Custom reservoir fuel system.
Custom everyhting under the hood.
A photo shot with a magazine is on the works now with the new stuff.
Kindda picking up the story line where the last article ended.
Look for an upcoming calendar of Honda Tuning my car is december.
Although is the old pictures.
