ok this guy i know has a 11sec 98 hatch bilt gsr turbo . he says he nows a guy that had a 7thgen runing 13.1sec with a nx 75 shot h/e/i and sume kinda hks tuner he said it was like a safc but better . so my ? is can a 7thgen rilly run a 13.1 with just this stuff done .

low 13 is most likely either turbo with interneals and >10psi or K20 or K20 turbo.
Even with a K20 you still need support mods to get into that range right?

always so k-series biased.. hahaha...

stock motor, nice suspension mods, lots of tuning and drag slicks... its really really hard to run low 13's with just the motor and fuel computer and nitrous... maybe the track had a downhill slope er soemthing...

there are a lot of guys that can run low 14's all the way to mid to high 13's with nitrous and some head work... if the guy is telling the truth, there is way more to his car than what was mentioned to you...
