i wouldnt define that as a "kit" i just some random turbo components. I see no type of exhaust manifold, no down pipe, the charge pipes arent setup for anything, i think i see fuel management and boost control, but they're kinda weak, you'd really need to think about larger injectors. You need gauges, oil feed and return, etc. There is alot missing to make that a kit, i just cant think of any thing else.
First off you're missing lots of things. I don't see any coolant/oil lines. Just some pipes that still need to take shape for your charge pipes and downpipe. Also no real tuning device. An safc isn't going to do much more than act as a bandaid for lack of fuel management. The ic is decent size. What turbo is that? You'll possibly need an actuator for your internal wastegate unless its already set for the 8 lbs you mentioned. The apexi twin chamber is nice though. I guess run it by dezod or any of the other longtime turbo guys on here. Theres a lot that is lacking so far. You'll get there though.
I wouldn't spend money on that. Alot of extra stuff you need and alot of stuff that seems to be included that won't do you much good. There are so many threads in this forum about custom kits/what's needed for a turbo setup. Just click the turbo kit link in my sig, I wrote it up for a reason.
Oh, and it hasn't been very long that someone posted the same exact picture asking the same exact question. Just try searching.

This pic is very familiar to me. I think someone had already tried buying this "kit". I think its back on the market again. I think its a waste.
Man, you need to buy something pre-assembled. Look into Turbo FAQ for available kits for 2001+ Civics

the U pipes need to be welded and fitted for the hot and cold pipe.
some sort of fuel management w/ hoses & clamps
way more rubber/silicon pipe couplers and hose clamps
down pipe
O2 sims or O2 bungs for the down pipe
air filter
tubular or log exhaust manifold
steel braided oil lines
oil return line
T fitting
vacuum lines
boost guage & air fuel guage

Then tap your head and congratulate yourself for being smart!

P.S. Tell "the fishy guy" to full around ith someone else.
