.Keep up the good work...post some graphs asap
lol.. i just realized i forgot to say something about your 2nd dyno.. stupid me.. thought i did... anyways nice numbers.. looking closer to what it should be.. almost the same as me except i have hondata.. but yet i have a smaller TB
i'm glad to see all these 7thgencivic with k20's...i haven't posted for a while but here go's.....i dynoed my 7thgencivic with a k20 about a month ago, with my mods(aem cai, comptech race header, exedy stage 2 clutch kit, type r flywheel, aem fuel rail-i just like the way it looks, no p/s no a/c, gutted the back ) 211 whp 148 tq sae 1 % humd 70% and temp 66 and i live in ny
i was suprised when those numbers cam up i guess light weight is more speed, but i'm not sure about these chassis dyno's but i went to a dynopack ... i'm happy to see all u guys with k20's wee should meet or something

nice numbers on the k20a too. and a hell of a deal to dyno. i paid $55 for 3 pulls, no air/fuel. i'm guessing your fuel mixture had something to do with the rich readings too though

fastest ex: dynapak dynos read much higher than dynojets since they measure horsepower at the hubs ... rather than at the wheels. dynapaks usually read anywhere between 10-20 hp higher, depending on how heavy your rim/tire combo is.
dd: yeah, I suppose I should put less 100 octane in ... since I probably don't need the mixture to be -that- high. I was actually putting about 65% 100/35% 91 (not intentionally). it would be cheaper that way anyway haha

I think if I had the money for a swap I'd end up just getting an rsx-s, and a few mods. seems like a lot of work, but i'd still love a k20 in my civic
lucky guy. im sure its a lot of fun!

yeah, I'll get hondata ... sorta waiting to get a header first though ... and maybe rear discs. I've got a lot on my list before hondata ... although really, it should be the next thing on my list.
I'm running so damn rich after vtec, the guy said he could easily tune it and get 10whp out of it. But then that's the thing ... I don't want to fully tune until I get a header.
chase: yeah ... but it's not a 2.4L ;P

yeah you'd get damn near 220whp with a tune, extrapolating from what you have there, extending the line. which should be believable since the k20a should shine in those rpms.
