please help me with my downpipe

Alright, I'm boosted. I bought my kit off of some guy here and he gipped me. to make it short, the only thing that was a bolt on was the manifold, downpipe(sorta) and thats it. the rest was just random piping that my friend had to cut and weld to make fit. My problem is that the downpipe flange and the flange off the turbo are the same, just that whoever welded the flange to the downpipe did a crappy job. I can only tighten three bolts out of five because who ever welded the piece managed to block off half of the hole. Ok, I want a new downpipe because its leaking so where can i buy one or have one built for a decent price? its a garrett t25. any advise is appreciated and thanks in advance.

or you can put studs into the turo and secure them with a nut from the other side.

I used one of these
And there is a company that makes a 2.25" doughnut that is a mandrel bend but i cant find a link to it. They cost about $40-50 then cut it in to 4 sections and weld together like mine
