Cheapest way is mechanical o2 sim. Cheeck my signature for soem pictures, it uses 2 - 18mm sparkplug non-foulers

You now need to drill out 1 of the non foulers using a 1/2" drill bit. When finished this is what it will look like.

o2 Sensor inserted in the modified non fouler

Second, unmodified non fouler now installed on modified non fouler

^ so are you just holding the 02 sensor further out so it picks up less emissions or something?

What it does is lessens the amount of ehaust that gets to the second O2 sensor. The sensor then sends a signal to the ECM that is a different signal of a higher AFR fooling the ECM in to thinking there is a cat there doing its job.

most of your parts stores do carry these, like shucks, checker, kragen. I imagine pepboys, autozone and many others do also. I would think that napa would have them , jsut call and ask for 18mm spark plug non-foulers.
