There is a small nipple on the side of the manifold that is capped off with a rubber plug. Take the plug off and use that.

Just recently I asked same question, like 2-3 weeks back. I'm not going to find link now, but it should be easy. If you find it, you will get pics of where to find vacuum, fiel and "water" lines for turbo cooling. Good luck with turbo!
