A New break through in fuel systems for the D17?
Ok. The kit is out. Fuel has been a black market with respect to the D17. No high volume fuel rails.....no replacement in tank assemblies....nothing!
Solution:
We have some connections with some CNC Billet machines and they would be kind enough to assist the 7thgen community with a whole new fuel system that is tricked out! I mean seriously nice. They showed me some models they do for the Supra and EVO 8....WOW!!! Pretty hot stuff! It would be VERY
on the D17. The ability to back the power we make with our kit, now on the fuel level w/ more to spare.
What the kit would do?
Be a full return, standalone fuel management system that would replace the entire intank assembly w/ a higher volume FP, boost referencing FPR, full return line, billet fuel rail accomodating for up to a 1000cc injector....the possibilities are endless....
What would be included?
- Boost Referencing Fuel Pressure Regulator
- Fuel Pressure Gauge
- 255 LPH Fuel Pump
- Full Billet High Volume Fuel Rail to accomodate upto 1000CC injectors
- Fuel Hose
- Stainless Steel Braided Fuel Lines (Cut to exact measurements)
- High Quality Billet Fittings (Pre-Installed in lines)
- Full intank cage assembly threaded for plug and play install.
Any interest?
Cost would be around the $1000 range shipped to your door. Remember this is only plug and play, all billet, full replacement D17 fuel railed system available for our motor.

This system has a full billet, high volume, D17 full replacement fuel rail that will accomodate the return system and larger injectors up to 1000CC. SLP is a modified stock rail w/ no potential to have up to 1000CC injectors on it.
This will be plug and play. No modification required. Unlike SLP.
SLP makes a nice product, however this is a couple rungs higher on the ladder.

So basically, this is a complete replacement for our OEM fuel system, controlled by the Emanage, that would only be needed if we were running about higher than 8 psi correct? Don't you think this is sort of overkill, since none of us are able to get anything higher than about 300 whp? I mean I forsee the future of the d17 never leaving the realm of 500cc injectors...

Yeah I know, I guess I was concentrating on the "it can except 1000cc injectors" and I can just see my car with 1grand CC's flowing into it lol... I hate you D, just another thing I need to buy. You know you single handedly make me broke?

I appauld your efforts to bring new products to the 7th gens! I dont think we'll see the full potential of the D17 for a few years. Its all a matter of time and $$$$$ and anything is possible. Some people may be laughing at you saying 1000cc's capable, but then again they said we would never land on the moon too!

Its going to help you deliver more fuel. Its also going to help you tune your car more precisely. This is the setup you most likely want if your going to work on internals because this will help you greatly when your boost 20psi lets say.
