wjat would u do?
motor has bent a valve and spun a bearing... my dad owns a machine shop and i have about 1,500 - 2,200 $ to work with, what would u do?

NO SWAPS!!!!!!!!!

get a used d17a2 for around $500 and drop it in or rebuild they one you got with the crower internals.

while its apart u may as well dress it up a little, New rods/ high comp pistions, crower cam/valve train.
