turbo to big?

turbo to big?

my buddy has a garret t3 turbo for sale with a ar of .60. my question is will this turbo be too big for our small motor? i plan on doin a return fuel system and upgraded internals.

Thats the turbo that was used on the sf kit i have it and i got no problem with it. It also depends what you want dude. If you want high end or fast spooling off the line speed.

that turbo is perfect, barely any lag spools fast and only when you punch it. Thats the same one i have in my car right now and as of now, i love it. you wont go wrong with that one

let me put it this way....

I am running a 60-1, which is a T-6 series turbo. It is right under the T66, and the 62-1 (which i may be upgrading to)

That turbo is a fine turbo for a stock motor.

any more than fine turbos that you would reccomend? btw your turbo is freakin huge.
