135,000 points to you if.....
you can find me a fuel rail that needs no welding that will bolt up to my system and work flawlessly. im willing to replace with RSX size injectors, but have to be comparable to rc engineering 440s that i have now.
i cant find a damn fuel rail to meet my needs. so as the title says.
points will be awarded as soon as the solution is proven

IMO, the best solution is at http://www.rossmachineracing.com/customrail.html And then have some tabs tig welded to the rail where it would bolt down. They also sell bare fuel rails that you could buy and then have a local machine shop weld the tabs on and then mill out for the proper injector and spacing.

PM jwcardy. He has at least one fuel rail that is a guarantee to fit. It is a stock rail with the fitting already on it. There it is, pm jwcardy and he'll respond. Good luck.
I have a stainless steel one on my counter right now. It will fit d17 injectors and rsx injectors. It has 2 ports so you can plug one off or make it a return setup. This one has never been used. I made one for my old manifold and it worked great. I have a d16y8 now though. I was gunna sell them but nobody wants them. I got RCs to fit using the factory o-rings. The injector ports are cnc machined. I have made a jig for these and have parts to make 8 more.
These will support about 600hp and will never rust, corrode, leak, or explode. They have been pressure tested to hold over 150 psi. They will adapt to your factory fuel lines with a supplied list of parts( for about $15) or you can cut off the fitting and use a 1/4 inch hose barb with a 3/8 npt end. I have a lot of experience in making high end car parts. I will let these go for 125 plus shipping, which is pretty much a non profit sale, because I have been sitting on the parts for 6+ months and have not been able to get them out the door. Later guys
If for some reason it doesnt fit for your setup ill split the shipping and modify it for no extra charge. I just need to get rid of the $750 in stock and machine work. I dont need to make money, just break even.
