Need Help Please =)

2001 honda civic with a sf turbo kit. Instlation is going pretty good except for the pipe that is between the compressor housing and the pipe that connects to the air filter. It is pressing onto the lower coolant hose. Did anyone else have this problem? I have tried aboiut 10 different ways and was unable to get the pipe from pressing onto the coolant hose. Please help me, I have to much money invested into this to have a pipe rub a hole in my coolant line.

Thanks
Jeff

I believe TSIs is the same, mine is squeezed between the hoses, but nothing is pinched that I know of.

Same here, mine is pinched too. I think riceburnrEx used some straight hose and some prefabbed bends to keep his from doing this. You should be able to get the parts to do this from orileys or pepboys or autozone.

if you cut the first bend off that intake pipe (first bend turbo side, right on the weld) it should fit a lot better.
