What are the main problems of turboing our civic?? Hello I'm a noob

, and wanted to know if it's too risky putting a turbo into our little d17 or if it's worth it; how many horsepower my 2004 dx is going to have after that; i also have the magna flow exhaust and the aem pulleys??

turbo is risky on any engine that doesnt already come turbo, there are risks everywhere unless the proper precautions are taken
as far as if its worth it, that all depends on the ending result u want.....u want big boy power, that aint gunna happen. if u want something that will hang with most stock cars thats feesable

depending on the kit you get, 8~ psi will yield you close to 200 whp.
Most people on this site will tell you to stay below 5-6 psi if you don't have any fuel management (emanage + RSX injectors, or alcohol injection).
soon after you install your turbo kit, you'll probably also be replacing your clutch.
