TSI Customer Service
I just got off the phone with one of the TSI people, all i have to say is that is one of the best service ive recieved from anyone, they were quick to pick up the phone. I called them because i needed an oil pan fitting for the turbo, i gave them my address, and i asked how much it was going to be.. and he said dont worry about it, ill just send it.. free.... these are some good guys.
BTW: I baught the kit from a different member, and TSI is still giving me that part.

Hell yeah, one piece of my kit seemed to get damaged in shipping, and they sent out a new one the same day I called (shipping on them), and didnt need mine back for 30 days. They were extremely helpful for me, and have helped a couple times. Thanks for that number, I had deleted my PM with that or another, but Jason is who I talked to. Very very nice guy
yeah, i ran across a bad problem where they had sent me the wrong ICU unit. I got one for a six cylinder! So, I contacted turbo-kits.com, they directed me to somebody they were sure I would get through to, and we had awesome cust. serv. also.
Their deal is that they were only supposed to go through vendors. Maybe they don't have the man strength for customer service questions? I'm not sure, but for any matter, they know their parts when you actually get ahold of someone.
