D17 exhaust flange ??

Is the D17 exhaust flange the same as the other D series motors? Im looking in to making my own stainless manifold from scratch after i get my turbo installed and all the bugs worked out.

Exploited racing e-mailed me saying $35 for Mild steel, and $70 for SS, but i have a feeling hes think its the older D series
