Ok guys for those who have the sweet boost that i want soo much i need you to tell me if running emanage with rsx-s injectors and injector harness be sufficient for 9psi of boost. Tell me if it will work. Please dont flame and dont post stupid comments. thanks for all the help i get.
I am gonna be running the rsx injectors and the apex safc. At the moment i cannot afford the Emanage but once i can i am gonna upgrade. To answer your question i am pretty sure you can run 9 psi with that setup probably even more but 10psi your head gasket blows up. Check out the turbo f.a.q. its a sticky.

Let me help clear that up for you. 10psi and beyond you're passing a saftely threshold (sp?). If ur tuned properly (in the 11's for a/f) then its just risky, it's not nessesarily GOING to blow, just a possibility if ur tuning is off.
I have the emenage and rsx injectors with no return. But the SLP kit is def. a good investment if you plan on making power. I am def. gonn get one once I get the cash together. Jeff said the only tricky part is modifying the fuel pump cage. other then that it's pretty easy
so is running just rsx-s injectors and emanage safe at like 7psi for awhile??... i'd wanna buy the full SLP return line conversion kit but it would have to be like 3ish months after i get my turbo installed... its either wait 3 mths for the turbo to get installed or wait 3 mths for the SLP return line conversion...

Sounds like a serial killer. Is that what you are?

I have been boosted for about a month now and no problems. RSX-S injectors, e-manage, return fuel system and larger fuel pump. It will handle 9 and under all day long. There is a thread somewhere on here that tells about how much the injectors will do. I think they seem to max out at 10 psi. I can't remember. Anyway it's a good setup.

has anyone tried using the rsx-s pump with this setup? does anyone know how many more cfm's it puts out over the civic fuel pump?

the FAQ stickied thread in this forum has the link to the thread on how to do that. I think there are 2 nuts holding down the fuel rail, remove those and the studs. replace the injectors and bolt down the rail using long bolts instead of the studs/nuts.
to tell you the truth, i'm running mid 10's for psi, and it tapers off around high 9's at high rpm.
i didn't gain any from 8-9 psi, as i did from 10-11 psi. i started to get knock on the dyno, so i had to pull timing, putting me right back at the same horsepower/torque numbers.
I got stock internals, TSI kit with t25, emanage, rsx injectors. I'm running good a/f ratio, but the knock can't be avoided. my tuner and i are going to get numbers from higher octane, so we can add some timing in. as of right now, i had to retard (-8) at peak boost.
I ran 161 horse/173 torque. without adding octane, I'm stuck there. More boost=timing retard=same results.
I've got head studs to put in that I've already got, but from there, we'll see what happens.

161 hp and 173 ft-lbs at around 10.5 psi?! No way! If so, that really sucks.
Your post is kind of confusing. You say you have a good A/F ratio but that knock can't be avoided? I don't get it.

Tell me about it...
The pump gas I'm running on is 92 octane. I was at 8 psi with these numbers, then approx. 10.5 psi with these same numbers because I had to retard ignition due to knock.
I'm not really sure where to go from here.
Any suggestions?
