First decide which turbo ur looking to get depending on ur wants. Top end power, or mid-range power. Ur turbo familys being the T25/8's or the T3's
Turbo manifold (internaly wastegated, and corrisponding turbo footprint
Turbo (internaly wastegated--> cheaper)
Gaskets
Flanges
MAP unit
oil lines
Return oil line fabbed into the pan
FMU
Some form of either piggyback or larger injectors
FMIC
Plumbing
Couplings
Clamps
Custom intake plumbing
Gauges
Boost controller (since ur wanting to run below .4 bar, which what most wastegates come as)
hmmm.......i know i'm leaving stuff out........
I tried running boost on stock injectors just to see what it could handle. Hella lean at even 1psi!

you can run 10psi safely on stock internals....just dont get to crazy ...thats why i think its a good idea personally to get like a dual stage boost controller...turbo xs has a manual one (its sweet) run 5.5 psi all day...and when you want to play...with the flip of a switch you can run 10psi....
