Proof that you do not need a return line for FUEL! (actually you do!)
Proof that you do not need a return line for FUEL! (actually you do!)
I'am taking pics of my car this commin wednesday or thursday to show every one the method, i used for fuel in my car......
1st. Stock Fuel Pump
2nd Custom Fuel Rail
3rd Fuel Pressure Regulator
4th RC 310's
Thats, all i used and it works more then perfect!...(more then enough fuel +(you can control it with the FPR) then what you will get with RSX injectors!. or that return line from street level Perfomance.>!
It comes out chaeper if you have connections with some one at a machine shop,
+ It looks way better too if you're going for looks under the hood as well...
the machine shop guy made 2 more other then mine, so he can sell to all of 7th gens that are still havin trbl with FUEL...
If intersted dont be afraid to PM me....

Awsome aint it!... whomever sayd that you had to use a return line
Its B.S..... Also just like 4dricivic2k1 sayd..
I have that braided Stainless steel lines.. (the decorate your car Beutifully)
The FPR.. is the one that replaces the stock on that you have on your stock Fuel Rail. and it has a output hose that go's into the new rail, and at the end of the rail, it has another hole (that works similiar to a return line) but it does not go back into the tank it go's back into the input of the FPR *for all that extra fuel to circulate again*....
It also. has a lil Vacuum input that you can hook up that way it reads boost, and it go's up at you spool up.....
*my bad if i confused any of you* but i am in a bit of a rush!...
any how give him a call.....
Ill post pics up in here so yall can c it!.....
I hope i helped any of yall that are going trough some **** that i went trough!...
lol ...

Uh, not to burst your bubble, but the FPR is located in the fuel tank. That is a pulsation damper on the rail, not the fuel pressure regulator.
I'm a big fan of this hose.

1. The stock FPR on our car is located in the tank, on the pump outlet - not on the rail. Adding an FPR to the rail without replacing or removing the one in the tank isn't going to do squat for your fuel pressure (unless you have an inline pump to boost it) - its ALWAYS going to be at 43 PSI, which is regulated in the TANK.
2. The stock pump IS NOT A HIGH PRESSURE / HIGH OUTPUT PUMP, nor is it meant to be. What does this mean? It means that it wasn't designed for boost. Will it work? MAYBE - for a short period of time, than it will BURN OUT. Why? Because you are stressing the bejesus out of it BY NOT RUNNING A RETURN LINE. Also - since it is not a high output pump, there is not way to run more than 5 PSI from it anyhow, even if you figured out how to fix the pressure part.
3: Since when does 310ccs > 330ccs? Your logic ain't right here mario....From a simple economic standpoint RSX injectors are MORE than enough, cheaper, and MUCH easier to use than RC injectors. RC injectors require shaving of the TPS to fit + spacers + clips to be wired in. RSX injectors are drop in and go, and bigger than 310cc's.
Please don't spread misinformation in this forum - you're ghetto rigged set up may work for you for a week, or a month - all I know is you are going to blow your motor - and it will be spectacular.
Enjoy...

That person was me.......remember you im'ed me and i explained the whole thing to you. I guess you didn't take my advice.
so basically guys what you are saying is this, if you boost you can either buy a fuel system from somebody or you can drop in rsx-s injectors and control them by vafcII or e-manage right? but how much boost can rsx-s injectors with vafcII or e-manage be enough for

a few of these guys have been on this board researching turbo kits and feul solutions for the D17 for like almost 2 yaers.
Be more informative with your post, supply pictures and charts. Ask your mechanic to give you in full detail exactly what your setup is and why it works.

IDK - this sounds like an april fools post or something....Sorry if it isn't, but none of this makes any sense, and is going to confuse people more (leading to more blown 7th gen's - and not in the boosted sense!). Unless you have photos of your setup, I would either delete or lock this post if I was a mod.
