Why buy a BOV based upon sound?
Buy it based upon boost levels running and response (some BOVs are great at high boost levels and others are not & vice versa), bleeding etc....
IMO, I like the HKS SSQV at all boost levels. Just overall a great valve.

I prefer the sound of the Greddy Type S, or TSI's BOV. I've heard too many HKS's, tial's, and turboXS RFL's.
The RS seems to be the new sound fad. I'm simple, i enjoy the classic PSSSSSSH.

Tial is the best performing in my expirence. Most valves will perform fine at low to moderate boost levels, so I would pick which one you like the looks of and sound.
