turbocalculator.com .... I have a friend that is running 22 lbs on a rebuilt t3/t4 from them and he's been beating on his for a year now .... All those componets look about right ??? I may change a couple things like the BOV and little other things ...
You forgot the ignition harness, injector harness, and pressure sensor for the emanage. Plus you need a new FPR if you're gonna use a new fuel pump so might as well add that on along with the cost of doing a return conversion. Also, I'm not sure if you're aware of this already, but those injectors are 83 a piece, not $83 for all 4. If you're on a budget, I'd suggest using a manual boost controller instead of the profec. Plus you may wanna consider using in internally wastegated turbo. You'll never boost hard enough on the D17 to need an external wastegate unless you do a complete rebuild and runs large amounts of boost. Most 7th geners I think just go with the external for preference, sound, looks, etc.
I'm boosting 12 psi on FMU, internal fuel pump Walbro 250 and inline pump on stock injectors.(fully build internals)
200hp
187torque
My car is running better than ever.
Is hard to find someone that can tune e-manage and it can be pain if not set up correctly.
The fuel system will have to be upgraded eventualy anyway so I would be waisting money on e-manage plus harnesses and several trips to the tunner $$$ if you are not going to boost any more than 9psi
Use that money to get a decent fuel system.
Soon there will be a computer for our cars.

I hear nothing but bad feedback when the letters "FMU" are mentioned. Not very many people like them it seems to me. You dont think that running stock injectors @ 12 psi is risky?

well if u got the e-01 u really dont need a boost guage, just look at it on the controller, other than that id do, oil pressure, fuel pressure, exhaust gas temp(EGT), and maybe Air Fuel. as for the oil and fuel pressure make sure they are electical guages, thus making them more expensive

If you get a Profec (B, S, or E0-1) you don't need to buy the Emanage pressure sensor because the Profecs come with them.
I would go with a Greddy S or RS BOV instead of the HKS (I wish I had).

Deals can be found sometimes. When I get mine, which should be in the near future, it will be all brandnew, and it wont be totalling 579.
