so yeah when i got my stafford kit used and i had to make up my own oil drain line, dont know if the new kits come with them, but i made mine out of some rubber hose and brass fittings
so after about 4 months of leaking and burning oil i went to the local hydraulic hose shop and got one custom made up. check it out. only down side, 90 bucks
moral of the story is, if you got this problem, go to the hydraulic shop near you!

Hey, I've got a question that fits in this topic-- awhile after I got my turbo i noticed there was an oily condensation all over my oil return line. It was 5/8" goodyear heater hose, and i noticed a bad kink in it so i figured that's what caused the condensation everywhere.

I went out and bought another heater hose and switched them out at my next oil change. i checked on it 2 weeks later and it still looked brand new, so problem fixed. but after another 2 weeks, it had the oily condensation on it again, without the kink.
what gives? I see no oil leaks on the turbo return fitting.

First of all, the first hose was the correct diameter, but it is obvious by your 'overtightening' that the fittings you had the hose on were entirely to small
Secondly: As stated above, tha -3ish line that you have IMO is way to small for a turbo drain line...it will backup and wreck havoc on your turbo
Thrid: 90 bucks for that hunk of bologna...sorry bud, but you got taken on that deal...that should have cost you at MOST 30 bucks with pressure fittings :[ (Nothign bothers me more than people getting taken advtange of....I got a custom feedline that was like 3 ft long for 40 bucks with fittings...damn!)
Fourth: This is what you should have as your oil drain fitting...not that small thing you own: for t25/t28:
Function 7 makes excellent flanges: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33742
