hey, i have a 2004 honda civic EX and i am getting a turbo kit for it. but i was just wondering if anyone knew the engine's compression ratio...thanks

on cars.com they say the 04 ex's comp. ratio is 9.90 to 1

Civ, you don't need to worry about valve springs. Our rpms don't get high enough to worry about float (unless hondata comes out lol).
