need some power guys....lil bit of help

ok, im new here but i have a 2004 honda civic ex M/T...i understand there are not that many parts out there for it. im not lookin to be the fastest thing out there but i want some more hp...rite now all i got on my list to buy is AEM CAI, new exhaust, springs, and thats it. Dont realli have the 3 grand for a turbo and an engine swap is bout just as much. considering nitrous but i was just wondering if n e one had n e other ideas or tips to gain some horse power...my funds are limited but i can get stuff done

don't waste your money then. Spending $1,000 on I/H/E will get you 5-10whp.....if that. My suggestion is to put that money into your suspension and have a fun toy.

port/ polish the head and shave it down 3mm. that'll give you some more power thats what im about to do her in like 2 weeks. that is once i finish modifying the d16 intake to fit my car.

hmm, yea i didnt thnk there was too much to do...i might juss drop a few hundred on a nitro...i mostly juss plan to make this thing fun ya kno? i dont xpect it to be the hott **** on the street with my kinda cash available, but if n e one hears word bout some good parts (ecu's, etc...stuff to get hp) or have n e suggestions for nitrous then either pm me or reply or something

Yes, agreed, don't waste your money on I/H. Exhaust is always nice If you want power, look into boosting, or juicing.

I/H....been there, done that....fu*k that

allmotor can only hope to improve
get the nitrous express wet kit. And the bottle warmer, purge kit, etc and with i/h/e would be a good combo

ok, i found a decent garret turbo in a turbo kit package for 1800 dollars that fits my car, i onyl need to buy an intercooler and blow off valve....maybe a turbo timer if i wanna run it higher than 7 (which i do)....any thnk this is a good deal? feedback appreciated
