170ish tops. And yes, you can beat a type S out of the box with only 6psi. If you're racing one at 100mph+ you're def. gonna get owned though.
Type S: 170ish whp, 140ish wtq
boosted civ: 160ish whp, 150ish wtq (also the vic with an ex trans has the advantage with closer gear ratios.
but again, from a dig- drivers race. From a 30mph+ roll, vic. From a 100mph+ roll, Type S.

well, then again, they'd both be about even. At lower mph, the vic has the advantage with closer gears, but at higher mph the type s has the advantage with a higher top speed.

T25 @ 8 PSI....................155-170 whp.
T3 @ 8 PSI......................175-190 whp
T3/T04 E @ 8 PSI..............200-215 whp
These seem to be the margins I have witnessed on the D17.
The predecessing D16 however..............
T25 @ 8 PSI....185 whp

John's Mitsu 14B @ 8 PSI

T3 @ 8 PSI......200 whp
T3/T04B @ 8 PSI...235 whp
These numbers have been witnessed first hand by myself. The previous D series motors were far more responsive to boost than ours.
Even all motor hatches reign hard.........Carrie's lil GSR swapped hatch:

^^Carrie's hatch is nice too..........nice TQ even in 3rd,4th and 5th........

I have seen SRT-4's run almost 15 seconds because of the driver.

Yeah, and Type-s's dont weigh THAT much more.. when you guys figure in weight vs power, then driver skill, weight has to be a pretty large differnece for it to take major effect.

well if you have an ex you have about 110 hp right now... so yeap rofl that would be between 50-60 ehp increase which is pretty damn good

and u'll get more out of it...

(when considering a boosted lx and ex with the same set-up)
