Water cooled turbo question

Looking to do a custom turbo install, but I had a couple questions...

Oil and water cooled turbo (advertised as oil *and* water cooled). With this setup, must I use the water cooling? Should I use the water cooling?

Next, does anyone have a drawing of the exhause manifold flange to the block, or know someone who sells just that flange?

Thanks for the input

Hack the radiator hose with two T fittings, 1 feed, 1 return.

Also you really don't need to hook up the water coolant lines. My turbo is oil and water cooled, but we only hooked up the oil coolant lines. Oil is sufficent. Oil and water is just to prolong the life of the turbo. Which turbos, already, last a pretty long time.

I tend to agree with the above. There will be no "hacking" with this job. I do plan to use the turbo and wastegate out of an eclipse (so, if you know what the spring on the wastegate is set at stock, that might help) and an intercooler from something else (both used).

I'm still undecided on the intercooler plumbing. I don't know whether to go with welded aluminum, welded exhaust piping (that will be sent out for powder coating), or rubber. If you guys have any input on this, I'd love to hear it.

Also... Just thought of this... BOV, I would like to get something nice, but not spend too much money. Again, input here is good...

Thanks

Tial for the blow off valve.

The water cooling is not required, but I would recommend it. The easiest way to plumb it is to run it off the throttle body heater, but there are better ways to do, which are slightly more complicated.

Oops! Sorry guys! I agree, that was the wrong word for me to use.
