Return Fuel System Question
Return Fuel System Question
Hey everyone i've been looking at buying SLP's return fuel system and I was wondering if I would need anything else besides this kit to control the fuel for my custom turbo kit. Would the E-manage still be needed or is a FPR good enough? also has anyone installed one yet? Thanks

hey man, i have the SLP return fuel kit on my car...i have been running the kit on my car for several months now...jeff and i built it and installed it together on my car...my car was the test car for the kit.....we tested it for several weeks before SLP actually released the kit to you guys...but as far as you custom turbo kit goes, i would suggest that you always get some type of fuel management not matter what...the emanage is an excellent idea along with some type s injectors...with that combo you will be able to provide the fuel that you need for you kit...let me know if you have anymore ?'s
i say go with emanage...after you understand it (which is difficult at first) things go extremely smoothly...what doesnt kill you makes u stronger, plus i liked the learning experience
So what is the advantage of the return system as compaired to the returnless? If I can use RSX injectors and the Emanage with a stock fuel rail, why convert it over to the return system?

But with the E-manage the stock system (w/ RSX injectors) is adjustable right? If I want to run 8psi daily and 10psi for the track is the return line needed? When does the return line become a must?

Exactly /\/\ Maxing out injectors to throw more fuel to the motor will cause premature failure of the injectors and the pump itself (as will happen to most parts that you push beyond optimal efficiency range)
The return system will save you tons of headaches, and enable you to run a larger rail with a larger fuel pump more easily and with less headaches...
