Hey peeps! I am putting some boost behind my 03 civics purr and was wondering if anyone out there had some advice on using a T3 T4 turbo. I heard that it doesnt spool up very quick on a civic like mine and that I wont feel and power till close to 5K I was just wondering what you guys thought and if there is a better set up out there that I should be looking at?

most members here uses T3 Super 60 which full at 3.6rpm. You can get a T25 much faster spool, 2.5 full spool.

not as much power wit t25, rec. t28 if u go that route.

you want a TD04 my friend!

quick spool 2800-3000 rpm, and upto 18psi or so

I am using a Garrett T3 AR 60 which will spool at 5psi at around 2800 rpms and at 10psi at about 3500. I went with a bigger turbo because later down the line, I want to build the internals and a small TD04 will only handle up to 18psi. Mine handles up to 30psi
