It's a switch so when closed it sends power to your windshield wiper pump. Connect it to a power supply.

The pressure sensor that you install in the pipe is a switch. When activated it sends power to the windshield washer pump. When not activated you aren't spraying alcohol.

It shouldn't matter. The pressure switch just makes and breaks the connection. As long as one goes to a constant power and the other goes to the pump wire it will work. To check turn the car acc on and use a jumper wire to go from terminal to terminal. If you hear the pump go on it's working alright.

I connected one wire to the blue/white wire on the pump and the other to a 12volt switch power......which i used the green/yellow wire in my cig lighter. This is also the same wire that i used to power the inline pump in my FMU.....i got rid of the relay.

yes, do this to make sure it works and to adjust the pressure sensor you will need a allen wrench. I hooked the hose up to my windshield washer pisser, went for a drive and saw what psi is sprayed at and went from there. To lower the psi setting, turn the screw to the left. To raise the psi setting, turn it to the right.
