I saw dyno earlier of a k24/20a2 frankenstein that showed 156hp. it was a Crv shortblock, i dont know if that had anything to do with it, but seems like it should have more power, if not why do that instead of entire k20a2. i thought maybe bcause dfferent compression ratio, but its not that much of difference, any thoughts? thanks

Brian G did an article going over the k24/k20 mate. The dyno came up 170hp and 150 tq. The very low compression is great for boost and the k24 block is good for torque gains.
