SF EX downpipe pictures

I was wondering if anyone has pictures of their SF EX downpipe. I need pictures from all around the downpipe so I can modify the LX pipe thats coming in the kit I bought. Thanks.

no need to modify it, just have an exhaust shop custom make you a larger exhaust from the downpipe back....

Would modifying the stock downpipe be a good idea?

Why do you say that? The downpipe bolts upto the factory LX exhaust, why couldn't I just cut/weld my EX B pipe (sorry not downpipe) to make it the same as the LX?

trust me dude....it would be easier to just have an exhaust shop custom make you the rest of your exhaust from the downpipe of the turbo kit, all the way to the back of your car.....why waste the time trying to modify the factory crap....the factory exhaust sucks..from the downpipe back, you want to go with something in the 2.5-3 inch range...the larger piping allows the turbo to get rid of the exhaust gases, in return for a quicker spool time....

No spread for a full custom exhaust, so it looks like I'm going to be modifying the factory B pipe, thanks for the help guys.

dude, you will spend just as much modifying the factory stuff as you will having a custom exhaust made....what i would do if i where you, is just use the downpipe that comes with the turbo setup that you are getting, and just run an open downpipe until you can afford to go with a custom exhaust....the member madwheel had a video on here with his sf setup running just an open downpipe....it sounds really good...actually it sounds just like one of use with an exhaust....check it out and you will see what i mean....

Thats why you're not me. I don't mean any offence by that, but loud=way too much attention from cops around here. I'm not modifying the SF LX downpipe, I'm doing the modifications to the EX B pipe (you know the pipe with the cat on it that comes from the header.). I'm making 2 cuts to the factory EX pipe, 2 welds (welding over O2 bung on stock cat) and moving the O2 from the cat to the spot for the second O2 on the LX downpipe. Hows thast going to be too expensive?

down pipes make a huge difference in HP. If you are spending the money on a turbo whats like another 50 dollars or less, collect some cans or something lol. The factory b pipe is TOO SMALL. If you are gunna pay someone to do it, its prolly gunna take just as much work, if not more. Just my opinion though, its your kit.
