pump flow for SF's fuel system

yeah, so the cheap fuel pump that came in SF's fuel system broke and i ordered a MSD inline from www.streetlevelperformance and it has a flow of 43 gph. Player1002 did the same thing and is having problems when he jumps on the throttle and the rpms jump up and redline and starts to flutter. I am wondering if it is getting too much fuel or what.

Does anybody know what flow the pump is that comes with the SF fuel system ???

Dober suggested a fpr to correct the problem. I am gonna install mine now and see what i come up with.

First thing to do, as Zinky said - is find out what the flow rate of the carquest pump is. If you install a different pump, the calibration that SF setup with his FPR will be off, and you may have problems......

Great to hear Jason. Why would yours work fine and Dave's have issues? If we consider the two MSD pumps equal the only variable is the calibration differences between the SF FMU's (Jason's and Dave's).

I wish I knew too, I'm taking it to a shop tomarrow. Hopefully they can figure out the problem. Possibly a faulty pump but I have no clue. I don't know why it would cause my car to redline.
