there are different ways you can do it
either way your going to have to jack your car up, drain the oil, unbolt the oilpan and drill it. ( best to be done on a weekend and early in the morning incase you have to run tot he autopart store)
1.) You can take the one on the left( like me) drill the hole, and put this in there. On the inside you screw and bolt on it. Just make sure it's tight so it doesn't come off. The one on the right bolt to the drain side on the turbo.
2.) Now the one on the right has a plus. It can be used for both. you can use in on the oil pan as well as the turbo. What you do is after drill the hole ou have to drill two small holes beside the big one. These holes are for bolts. You get a gasket sealant to put under and around the flange and bolt it as tight as you can. Other use JB weld. good for up to around 600 degrees. works great. I actually had to use some today because of a small oil leak
3.) You can also just drill, buy the flange of ebay and take it to a local welder or muffler shop. ( this depends if you pan is aluminum or metal thou)
good luck
p.s. It's not as difficult as you think.
hope this helped
