The B16 is now in the car!
Since this photo was snapped, I have installed the starter, shifter, throttle cable, clutch slave cylinder and a bunch of the electronics. Also mounted the radiator & fans. If things go well, I may try and start it this weekend.

The displacement is actually less than ours. We have 101.7 CID and he has 90.3 CID on that B16. The D17 bore is 75mm compared to his 78mm. Our stroke is where we make out displacement with 94.4mm compared to his B16 77.4mm. Think that is interesting. Not to mention the Super high compression too. 13.3:1 compared to our 9.9:1 in the EX D17. If he is gonna go FI, he needs to bring that CR down quite some. Otherwise, nice job!

Any1 know if these B16 mounts will work with a B18? gsport-online.com makes a wicked B18 crate engine (link to pdf catalog). They're crate engine is made from new parts, so it would be legal to drop it in a 7th gen, right?
