Yeah, well you know how they have that new spray in styrofoam packing?....... yeah, well i just spent the last 2 hrs scraping it all off of every single pipe with a razor blade and i am still not done.

I am wondering if anybody else had this problem and what did they use to remove it. I can get the most part of it off, but i can't get the rest, i am thinking about using some 200 grit sandpaper.

Have you tried a mildly abrasive cleaner?

If so, have you tried something more abrasive like gasoline or paint thinner?

yeah, i was thinking about trying some dish soap, maybe i'll try some paint thinner or ether. This **** is hard as a rock, it is tough to get through it with a razor blade. They put the pipes in grocery bags b4 they sprayed it, but that wasn't good enough

good luck with that, it took me a while before i could break it all apart to get to the items...and BEWARE OF WET SPOTS!!! if you get that crap on your hands it wont come off for 3-5 days!!

been there, done that. It literally took me 1 hr to unpack my pipes and i got that **** all over my hands and on my porch

And just like you said, it took 3-5 days to get it off

Be careful using paint thinner. You sure it won't mess up the powder coating? I'm not. ha.
