Engine build up for my civic

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone has any opinions about a good engine build up for the D17A2. I will be doing forced induction, but i also want to get a good intake manifold
and beef up the engine as well before i add a turbo. Just some suggestions would be cool.
only add on i got is an AEM SRI

you wasted your time buying an SRI if you plan on boosting. This site has many resources. My first suggestion to you is to SEARCH. There are many people building their d17's but you have to be willing to spend the cash. There is no good intake manifold for our car. KMS is only good for FI and they aren't making them anymore. DH is supposed to have one but I haven't seen it.
This is such an open ended question. how far do you want to go? How much money do you have? the options are limitless and ultimately you will have to make the choice of what you want to do to it.

Well money is not a problem. Whats the word on DH racing. The AEM intake was free. I design for aero dyamnics so the body will be as much CF as possible. I am just looking for some thoughts and expierences in the D17A2 engine. I would like to add a Zex nos system. I hear both good and bad on adding better injectors.

There aren't higher injectors yet. The biggest limitation is the returnless fuel system. You have to ask Boosted2k2 or Spdrcrchk how to fix that. You can port and polish the head, 3 angle valve job, titanium retainers and clips, bored out throttle body, bored out engine to a 1.8-2.0, new pistons, rings, rods, nitrous, turbo, etc. The possibilities are endless. People on the site have turboed and had some head work done. Very few have had a angle valve job, titanium head parts, bored out engine, new pistons, rods, etc. We are still testing the limits of the engine and not many of us of the $$ to experiment more deeply.
