If you run more than 6 psi you will need a clutch and heagasket.

I can agree with both of those statements, from personal experience.

My system consists of a t28 turbo, turbo-performance manifold and IC (IC isn't on yet ), modified AEM intake pipe, bosh BOV, and the rest was put together from stuff around my shop... hope the pics work it's my first time posting.

I'm not running a fuel set up as of now but i'm going to give SF a call tomarrow and talk to them about their system. Should I be looking into an aftermarket headgasket? As of now she is only running 4psi so hopefully there won't be any problems untill I start cranking up the boost.

You aren't running any fuel control? Dude after 1 psi you start to run lean. Take it from experience invest in a leakless headgasket and get the best clutch and pressure plate you can afford. You will need both and after running this weekend you might need the headgasket even sooner.

But really, how are you adding fuel under boost? I dont know much, but I do know more air mean more fuel is needed.

Fuel system is going in as soon as possible. I've only been running the system enough to know that it works. Where is a good place to get a leakless headgasket and what would be the best one to get?

Honda has a leakless three layer gasket for our cars. I have been running 10-12psi on the weekends and 7-8psi everday for a while now with my leakless from Honda.

As far as fuel. Do it yourself. Get an inline fuel pump and a Vortech FMU. For about $200 you can make your own. Contact H-townboy from SpeedFetish. He designed his own custom fuel kit using the FMU and fuelpump. I am sure he could easily beat SF's price by $100.

that looks like a 1g BOV, even the intake is positioned like the DSM's are.

I've spent just under $2000 so far and to finish it up i'm guessing another $300. I still have some exhaust work to do and I'm going to get the fuel set up later today. I wish I had gone with a kit but its nice to know I did most of it myself. Once all the odds and ends are taken care of i'll get some better pics for you guys and hopefully a dyno soon.
