cool k24 in sport compact
cool k24 in sport compact
just got my new sport compact today. It has an article about k24's with k20a2 heads. Pretty tyte...dyno'd at 185 hp and 153 lbft torque. Sounds pretty expensive though cause they suggest you buy both long blocks...it must be hard to just find k20a2 head. k24 has a 9.6:1 compression. boost that crap =P

^^^ JUst go buy the damn thing! heehee j/k
Actually the K24 looks almost the same as any other K20 (from the outside) except it's slightly longer so things will have to be modified to fit exhaust manifold and such

Ill post pics of my k24 block if you like. I had to put my project on hold for a month because of bills and taxes. Now I should be back in full swing, looking for a k20a2 head, limme know if anyoneh as one for sale. Still contemplating on what pistons/crank to use.
