route for custom piping ?'s
ok, so i searched and read all the forums about custom charge pipes and what i dont understand is why is everyone like "AHH dayum, guess ill have to find a new way to the throttle body, the abs is in the way and the piping is to thick to clear the hood", Can you just go from turbo towards the driver side "J" hook around to the intercooler, out of the intercooler "J" hook into the engine bay and up the same way a cold air is routed, or even use the cold air to connect. or do you have to go the other way with the flow of air?
also the way the charge pipe comes off the turbo, does it go straight down or does it depend on the position of the flange in regards to the manifold bolt up?
reason i am asking so many questions is i want to route them here in my garage and tape them, then go and have them welded. thanks guys-

Do a search for my posts, I have some pictures which show my test fit...
i know a guy with a del sol that used the pipeing from his cold air intake and a j bend to go from his intercooler to his TB.
he was able to attatch his blow off valve to the CAI pipeing
im thinkin' about doing that.
he custom built his turbo kit for $1200 and i know he can run 15lbs of boost. im not sure what his max is.
i doubt that price included his fuel upgrades however.
