Exclamation Please read/respond QUICK

Ok
I am trying to prove a friend of mine wrong. He says that the drag turbo kit for the 96-2000 civic will fit my 02 lx. I know it wont fit, but he thinks he knows everything. Please respond with a "technical" answer saying that it wont work and why it wont work. Such as the tb location or the fuelk system that comes with the drag kit, any good reasons. Start off like "the drag turbo kit for the 96-2000 civics will not fit a 2002 civic because...". i really want to prove him wrong.

Thanks,
Chris

First off the 96-00 civic has a return fuel line, while the 01-up has a returnless line fuel system. Filiment issues between the block and the radiator, I believe. The manifold is different and the engine is different. I'm not boosted by the way.

StreetLevelPerformance is on a distinguished road
The Drag manifold won't bolt up. We have a returnless fuel system and previous civics didnt. Our throttle bodys point UP and most previous gens didnt (some models did). I dunno man its obvious.

How about "it doesn't fit because it doesn't fit, and making it fit doesn't count." They don't line up or anything.

you could probably retap the manifold and get a new intake pipe but its not worth it.

LoL Tell your friend to do his homework. Piping wont be the same, manifolds arent the same, fuel system isnt the same, hell I dont even think the trannies are the same.

Hope you proved him wrong!!!
