I've sent mike 2 messages - one in PM, one via Email. No replies to either. I was rather blunt in my email to him (I don't care to repeat what I said) - but I get pissed when I hear nothing but lies about the delays....

If any of you have been promised by SF to have a kit by a certain day and it does not show up, you have the legal right to go out and find another kit or manifold (it could be custom), have it made, and if it costs more than what SF was charging you, sue SF for the difference. SF would also have to refund your money.
If you are tired of dealing with custom people, you also have the right to cancel your order and demand your money back. They would owe you a full refund legally.
If you just gave them the money and you didnt ever say "I need this kit by XXXX date", then you don't have that right.

well everyone says its a "2-3 month wait", i think thats to short of time. the NEW estimated wait period should be 4-5 months cuz thats how long the majority of us have been waiting or had to wait. this way you cant say you didnt know how long the wait was gonna be. if you get it before then consider yourself one lucky SOB.

Im not so upset about the fact that its taking a while. What upsets me is the fact that they keep setting dates and pushing them back for various reasons. Be upfront and tell me the kit is gonna take 2 months to make. Im fine with that as long as i know whats going on. Im not in a hurry and i purchased this kit knowing it was gonna take time but i just want to make sure i dont get screwed. I dont forsee that happening tho. I feel for you guys that are still waiting tho. I only hope the TrueHonda guys dont have the same issue. Good luck you guys

Gee, what a surprise. I tracked my PM's and it shows that Catalyst was online 2 hrs ago and he didn't even read my PM's.
Thanx alot Mike........

No one is gonna get screwed -- thats a promise from me. Remember, since you bought them from me, its my responsibility. The law is always available to use and I see no reason to in this situation. This is a company that had a really good rep and is having a hard time keeping it right now due to demand and problems etc. Trust me, they know as well as the rest of you that they are late and are falling through at times. They feel the pressure trust me, and they are not people who are out to take our money. They just started something that is hard to keep up. Once they are done with our orders, I hope they will hire new people and get things going better you know. As of now I have no updates on the status. We are still in waiting process.

This is just to let you sf leg humper's know how things are going between Mike Stafford and I - just some advice in case you decide to place your orders through this great company.

Today 6:16 PM CET No contact made via telephone 2 attempts at calling. Trying again.
Player1002,
You better be a damn big to kick my ***, hahaha, jp. I am not large at all so that is why I cant afford to BS, I dont wanna get jumped hahha. I am hoping that SF will make me their one and only vendor for hondas and they can take care of making and I take care of customer relations. That way, its my good communication (as so you guys say) and their craftsmenship. Split the work, do both of us a favor, and do you guys a huge one!!!

I just want to let everyone know that Sf has been there and returned everyphone call. They sent me parts needed w/in the week andhelped explain things that I needed to do to get running right. A good example would be the oil restrictor. i had smoke. they sent me a fix fast. I cant complain. I had tunning issues, they helped me and now I am running 220+hp. I got my kit used and they have still always been there for me. I would recommend finding a used kit if you are in a hurry. If not just chillout and let the dust settle.
