I just typed in a quick google search and got this place that sells the springs:

and if you look at the TiAL website: http://www.tialsport.com/wastegates.htm
There's info there on what "bar" translates into PSi as far as the springs go. Seems like .4bar is the closest to 6 PSi...on their site it says that's equal to 5.80 psi. (read the descriptions under the wastegates).
