How much does the engine move with boost on it?
As the topic states, since the wimpy little D17 only puts out around 100 HP stock, there really isn't too much to worry about. Add a turbo (and about an additional 100 HP after a turbo setup)....I'm curious to know how much the extra torque will physically "move" the engine between revs. Reason I ask is because the intercooler piping hoses have to give a little to alleviate the movement of the enigne.
Anyone have any problems with this? I plan on using all straight 2.5" to 2.5" silicone hose clamps, without any humps. Hoping not to run into any issues....

u shouldnt have a problem, if i were you, id base all my piping thru the engine bay on an sf or already manufactured kit, unless u wanted to do some custom intercooler setup or something (like 1 end tank on each side)
