I wanted to buy an engine online, but i'm a noobie when it comes to this , it seems like all their engines are complete, and the best price and what not, my question is, what do I need to have a smooth engine swap with out buying any additional part for $1000+ or somethin to get it complete.

Wel if your putting a 92-95 H22a into a US spec car 96 and up, your gonna need an obd1 to obd2 wire harness. Unless you change the 96 up car into obd1.

i dont know much about that particular swap...but from other swaps you should look into:
axles
radiator (if you can use stock with fans)
custom hoses needed
shifter cables
shifter assembly
throttle cable
intake (i believe an integra type R 3" CAI works with that swap)
it would be a good idea to change the belts on whichever motor you get too, its just a fairly cheap saftey measure
