Mild steel turbo manifold
How reliable are turbo manifolds made out of mild steel.
It is constructed with .5" thick flanges and 1.5" dia tubes which are 1/8" thick.

i know there's another thread about this but i couldn't find it.

there is some sort of support beam behind the radiator that the further to the right(driver) the flange is the bigger the chance that the compressor housing will hit/touch the suport beam, enevitably not fitting, look at my manifold the flange is as far to the left(pass.) as it can get

From the same guy i was just quoted. ( i think the same guy)
261 (+ 25 for a wastegate flange) for a tubular manifold
and 500 for a new T3/T04b turbo..
Thats 751 for the turbo and manifold.
Is that a good price?
