turbo w/ warranty?
Honda can only dispute the warranty on anything that the turbo could affect. They can't deny warranty on the radio or door locks or anything else that the turbo doesn't affect. They could dispute engine, transmission, half shafts etc. claiming the extra power damaged the components. That's a federal law that limits warranty dispute to only parts directly connected or directly affected by non factory components like a turbo.
How could you not have known that forced induction would expire your warranty. I think that should be fairly obvious. And in regards to SF warranting your engine? Fat chance, you could crank up the boost to 14+ and blame them when it fails? I dont think so.

i didnt even plan on getting a turbo when i bought the car i thought I/H/E would be enough for me and if something went wrong i'd just take them off put OEM back on and have them fix it, lol, its cool though cuz i know the salesman at honda and he hooked me up for the extended warrenty so i didnt pay that much for it, hehe.
