What gives you the most bang for the buck and what do you guys/gals recomend
upgrade my engine for a K20; turbo charge; supercharge; or turbo w/nos. I have a 03 lx.

The motor swap will be your most expensive option. A supercharger will never give you a huge performance increase, but will give a respectable increase across the board. Turbo is the best way to go as it is probably your cheapest option, you can turn up the boost if your motor can handle it, and there are several kits to choose from like ours, SF, and Turbo discounters.
