those are the numbers they are pushing now. and we dont push 127hp stock anyways. a stock ex pushes like 110-115. and yes 165hp and 175 tq is worth it, and they are at low boost 6psi-7psi. crank it up to around 8.5-9psi it will be in the 200.

what the shiet are u talking about, with how light our cars are, 165 hp is great. doode completely stock the car runs a mid 15. a 17 second car running mid 15 is pretty damn good, and its not 165 "rated" to the flywheel, thats to the wheels, "rated" to the flywheel will add around ten or more hp, so with respects to that ur looking at around 175 or more horsies.
the car would be as fast as a r sux x type slow <----(rsx type s)stock.
be thankful damnit, those kits are great for the numbers their putting out, and for the price, congrats ur boostin gods

Import Tuner dynoed our cars 110hp to the wheels..........so 160hp to the wheels with either kit is very impressive....especially at low boost..........6-7 psi. Just think if we do internals and run it at a higher boost........we will be in the 200hp range or higher to the wheels.....alot of potential.....
if you wanna talk about the weight of our cars..........2dr coupe....3600lbs.........4dr sedan.....3500lbs..........SI.....3800lbs....RSX.. .........4000lbs..........I couldn't believe the 4dr was lighter than our coupes..........funny

Sin 808 you are going by wrong numbers, sorry man you wrong! You are looking at gross weights. That number represents the weight of the car PLUS the maximum occupant weight (max wieght of passengers and cargo) My EX - fully loaded with all stock equipment weighs just under 2600lbs. It is a coupe. I beleive sedans are in the vacinity of 2700lbs. A Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX (turbo with AWD) only weighs 3300. That's still a lot but god an RSX weighs no where near what you stated. Not flaming, I'm just trying to clarify this issue.

Gross Vehicle weight rating is the amount of weight with all passengers, fluids, and cargo your chassis was made to handle at a maximum. Curb weight is the the weight of the car by itself, no passengers or drive, and a full tank of gas.

I apologize for cutting into the current conversation, but this fits the topic. I didn't want to start a completely new thread about this, but I did want to give everyone a heads up.
There is a new turbo kit for our cars being built now. The design phase is over, and the parts are currently being constructed so that they can be put on the car and test it. As the kit has not been tested or completed, I can only provide limited information at this time.
Who: Xtreme Power & Performance (XPP Racing)
What: 2001+ Civic Turbo kit (EX at first...)
When: Full production by the end of summer
All I can tell you at this point is that it will be competitive with the other turbo kits, but will definately be a different setup. And it will be upgradable to other stages.

See - that's a good thing. Its not that I don't like the current offerings of kits out there. But I like competition. I like options. I like the fact that I have choices.....
Can't wait!
