well, i got pulled over for speeding and tinted windows a couple of weeks ago and i have to go to court on the 25th (good friday, sigh). well anyways, here are my questions. if the cop doesnt show up to court then does that automatically mean that the charges are dropped or something? i hear conflicting stories about this and was wondering if anyone with more experience can clear this up for me (i've been to court once). do i have to plead not guilty in addition to the cop not being there to get charges dropped? thanks for any useful info...

i heard that you can call the court or something and find out when the cops will be on vacation, then you schedule that day for your case... so the charges are dropped since he's not going to show up...
but i doubt it's going to work.. good luck
is this your first time pulling over for windows tinting?

yeah, its my first time with the tints getting pulled over. i kept on knocking on wood and its finally happened. the cop told me to just take a photo of my car without the tints and show it at court and i'll be all set. i just found someone else with a white coupe thats stock and i'm gonna snap a pic. but i'm just wondering what i can do about the speeding ticket portion. i want to get it dropped somehow...
